Quality Inn & Suites Silverthorne - Copper Mountain

First I want to start out by saying that staff here are very friendly and I’m not one to complain and always try to make the best of every situation. The hotel is in a nice spot off the highway with easy access to other town. However during our stay they were replacing the parking lot so one section was blocked off but was to open late that evening and the second half of the lot would be blocked off but during our stay the first section never opened and then the remainder of the lot was blocked off so there wasn’t anywhere to park. Then the wait was turned off because the city had to do a repair. We were told the water would be back on by 3 pm however when we got back to our room around 4:30 the water was still not on with no ETA as to when it will be back on. Plus the parking lot being closed we decided to leave and stay some where else because we were over all the issues we experienced. They did have coupons to use the local recreation center to use their showers and they had bottle water for guest to drink as we appreciated the gesture it didn’t seem like a viable solution to there not being water.

The hotel was good. There was no water until 7:00 pm. Not because of the host. City issue. The host did everything they could to accommodate us. Offer me half off next stay since I booked with u I could not get a refund. Help with the hotel otherwise

Bed was very comfortable. Clean but dated. Quiet after the rowdy teenagers calmed down. Didn’t try breakfast or the pool. Front desk gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful even though I overheard him tell someone that he was there from 7 am to 11 pm because someone had called in sick. AND he was there the next morning when we left! I would stay here again.

Lovely property we plan on staying here again. Rooms were clean, beds soft, swimming pool amd hot tub clean and worked. Loved it.

Property is a little tired and little dark in the room. Staff were friendly. Close to shops and restaurants.

Best hotel breakfast we have had in quite a while. Facilities had many amenities, laundry,pool & fitness room!

Reception lady was rude and not helpful. Breakfast lady was very nice. Location was near shopping

Very nice gal that checked us in however I specifically paid extra for a Mountain View and instead got a window that faces the hotel next door and all their smokers that stood outside of our window. Was so tired from traveling that I didn’t bother to fight about it. Nice big hot tubs, one inside and one outside. Breakfast was decent nothing crazy.
